1)
Step 1 - Wrap the 2 velcro straps at the top of the NeoGuard™
over and then under the lower crown and pull back through the
eyelets in the guard, only loosly attach them for now, this will
help keep the guard out of the way whilst you attach the bottom
straps.
2) Step 2 - Wrap the 3 velcro straps around the
fork brace at the bottom starting with the middle one, always
ensure you DO THEM UP NICE AND TIGHT.
3)
Step 3 - Pull the top straps to stretch the Neoguard™,
don't worry about stretching the eyelets as it's re-enforced eyelets
are designed to stretch, once fitted it should be taught. The
stretch
reduces the gathering of the guard when the fork compresses.
Finally, YOU MUST
CUT OFF THE EXCESS VELCRO AFTER FITTING
Most
riders leave the NeoGuard™
on permanently, although it's advisable to take off periodically
to clean the fork. The NeoGuard™
is also designed so that you can use a jet wash on it, or spray
bike cleaning chemincals on it without affecting it's durability.
You can also machine wash at 40 degree's to keep it looking pristine,
although it's advisable to put it into a tablet bag as the velocro
will grab onto your other cloths in the wash. When storing DO
NOT FOLD AS IT WILL PERMENANTY CREASE, just roll
up the Neoguard™
using the velcro straps to secure to itself as shown HERE..
Use the Sizing Guide to ensure
you get the right size of NeoGuard. Print
