SEAL GUARD

Sealguard

Our unique Seal Guard bulge has been refined to offer additional protection for your seals against the relentless attack from spray and mud without affecting the fit or aesthetics, you will be grateful for this feature on those extremely wet rides prolonging the life of your fork seals. The Seal Guard has received multiple acclaims for its essential function and is unique to RRP

USAGE

The ENDUROGUARD is designed as a FRONT or REAR mudguard and has been specifically adapted to do both jobs extremely well

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

The ENDUROGUARD v4 is fully BOOST compatible and now also includes snap-off holes for reverse arch forks like DVO / Manitou

You have a choice of snap-off holes for the front fork brace, narrow holes for normal forks and if needed wider holes for BOOST forks

The v4 also comes with a turn-down spray flap, fold this down 90 degrees for even more protection from mud and spray, this can be almost touching the tyre as it will move out of the way if thick mud hits it

FRONT MUDGUARD

The 'T' shape clamping points on the arms are designed to wrap around the fork leg providing a better and neater fit. The front of the mudguard is designed to offer increased protection for higher speeds without spoiling the look of the mudguard. The wider curve with flat rear end offers maximum protection and frame clearance compared to a simple symmetrical curve

SIZING

FRONT SUSPENSION:
80mm - 125mm - STANDARD
FRONT SUSPENSION:
130mm - 200mm - LARGE

REAR MUDGUARD

The holes for the fork brace aren't ideally located when using it as a rear mudguard, so we built in two snap-off holes to allow you to rotate the guard forward and attach it to the brace between the rear stays, this feature creates more mud / tyre clearance and a much better fit.

Choose either the STANDARD or LARGE size depending on what rear protection you want to achieve (STANDARD would be the default size recommendation)

NB: if you have no rear brace between the rear stays then use the extra snap-off holes on the arms to create two points of attachment each side

MATERIAL

We took a more expensive route opting for a custom thickness of polypropylene to meet our requirements, we felt the standard "off the shelf" options used by others were either too thick (1.2mic) or too thin (0.8mic), our custom material sits squarely in-between. This allows us to offer the best of both worlds, the durability and quality feel that a thicker material gives, combined with the fit flexibility that a thinner material delivers

Our EnduroGuard is designed, manufactured, and packed in the United Kingdom

Fitting the EnduroGuard

Front mudguard

  1. Remove cable ties and insert them into all the holes as shown below Image showing how to fit ties into holes of the front EnduroGuard Image showing how to fit ties into holes of the front EnduroGuard
  2. Bend and slide the ENDUROGUARD into position from the front
  3. Loosely fasten up the top cable ties around the fork brace first then the legs4) Centralise and then tighten up the top cable ties real tight so it won't move
  4. Rotate/twist the bottom arms around the legs to raise the back of the guard (ensure the guard doesn't hit the frame when bottoming the fork)
  5. Tighten all cable ties and cut off any excess and move them to cover the holes
  6. Finally push up the arms to shove the guard up towards the fork brace Image showing front EnduroGuard fitted

Rear mudguard

  1. Remove the snap-off holes either side of the RRP logo if you have a rear brace

  2. Loosely attach the cable ties to the rear seatstays and rear brace

  3. Align the ENDUROGUARD and do up all the cable ties real tight with fat pliers (remember cable ties don’t scratch forks, loose cable ties do!)

What Mountain Bike

We think RRP might have managed to sneak ahead of the competition thanks to some neat little touches on this new EnduroGuard

Dirt mountainbike magazine

They are real easy to install, their performance is good, these are very affordable. The EnduroGuard Mudguard fits all sized wheels and the colour choice is also a great option

Enduro mountainbike magazine

A more aesthetically pleasing splatter guard, a wee bit stiffer than some of the rivals. Fit is great, it's almost compulsary to have one of these fitted even if you only ride in the dry. Seal Guards! Yes
